In the footer navigation menu your customers see, there is a “Help/Order” icon. This is what your customers see:
Tapping this brings up a small window with additional information:
Customizing the title
You can change the title text displayed below the icon in the footer navigation bar and the header of the small window.
- To do this, go to Settings in the admin navigation.
- Find the and the "Help/Order Title" section.
- Edit the text.
- Then click the Save button.

- Edit the text.
- Then click the Save button.
What you can put in the text
We provide default text for you, but you may want to modify it to include information such as:
- A note that customers must use a server or place an order at the counter, drive thru or kiosk (as the case may be)
- Information about how to request a single use paper menu
- Notes about safety precautions you are taking as well as rules customers must obey
- Premium users can also include limited HTML and CSS in this field, which can be helpful in linking to your website, social media or other links.
A note about ordering
qReveal does not support processing actual orders. Instead, it is designed for customers to browse the menu and build a “wish list” and then place their order with a server, at the counter or a kiosk or drive thru window.
